Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

What if I’m looking for a product that’s not listed on your website?
If you’re searching for a product that’s not currently listed, feel free to contact us. While availability is not guaranteed, we may be able to special order certain items.

Delivery & Pickup

When can I pick up my order?
You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store to ensure your order is prepared.

What do I need to bring for order pickup?
Please bring:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Your online order number

If someone else is picking up your order, they must also bring valid government-issued photo ID, and their name must be noted on the order.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within eligible areas. Delivery availability and options are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on location and order volume. Most local deliveries are completed within the scheduled delivery window selected at checkout.

Age Verification & Legal

Is there a minimum age to purchase alcohol?
Yes. You must be of legal drinking age in Alberta to purchase alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all orders.

Is age verification required for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Age verification is required at the time of pickup or delivery. Orders will not be released without valid government-issued photo ID.

What happens if ID cannot be provided?
If valid ID cannot be presented, the order will not be released, and delivery may be refused.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of alcohol products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

What if an item breaks during delivery?
If damage occurs during delivery, please notify us immediately and do not discard the product. Photos may be requested to assist with the resolution.
