Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol in Alberta. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age. A government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of delivery or pickup to verify age. We cannot release orders to minors or to individuals who cannot provide valid ID.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Stripe. Additional payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay may be supported in the future. All payments are processed securely, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. We do not store credit card information.

Pricing & Product Information

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes, bottle deposits, and fees unless otherwise stated. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product information may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, cancel an order, or issue a refund if inaccuracies are discovered.

Order Processing & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. Items that are out of stock will not be available for purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund.

Bottle & Can Deposit (Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Program)

A bottle or can deposit is charged on all recyclable containers as required by Alberta regulation:
Up to 1 litre: $0.10
Over 1 litre: $0.25

We strive to accurately display deposit charges for each item. If you notice any discrepancies, please proceed with your order and contact us for correction.

Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to age verification failure, invalid address, or inability to safely deliver the order, the order may be cancelled or returned at our discretion.
